Bibliografía sobre la lucha contra el desperdicio alimentario (FAO)


Parece que por fin estamos tomando un poco de conciencia sobre el problema que supone el desperdicio de alimentos a nivel mundial. La situación es compleja y la cadena de valor muy larga, por lo que la solución depende de medidas de todos y cada uno de los agentes que participan en la cadena, desde el agricultor hasta el consumidor pasando por distribuidores y fabricantes.

Como se puede apreciar, los consumidores tenemos mucho que decir para solventar la situación, especialmente en Europa y Norte América más Oceanía.
